When tasked with launching FNB Insurance, we were determined to match, and surpass, the tongue-in-cheek tone of their insurance competitors. Once we’d conceptualised our Car Guard character and uncovered the insight of FNB Insurance ‘checking nicer’ than the people we usually entrust our valuables to, we knew we had discovered the creative nugget we could mine for comedy gold.
